The Berlinische Galerie, which is a museum type gallery, is always presenting interesting art, architecture and photography exhibitions.
For example, the permanent collection focusing on painting, sculpture, photography and architecture in Berlin from the end of WWII to the present day. The exhibition, rather than chronologically, is organized around 4 main approaches: constructive, expressive, conceptual and realistic.
The museum is located very close to the Judisches Museum, in a renovated ex-warehouse that was part of a glass factory.
"An art place which offers great temporary exhibitions. Really nice yellow-letter pattern in patio. I would see the Jewish Museum from outside, which is very close, and enter this galley instead."
